脉络宁注射液对热毒血瘀证小鼠的药效学研究

Pharmacologic Study of Mailuoning Injection with Its Compatibility of Medicines

目的:研究脉络宁注射液对热毒血瘀动物模型的药效学研究,为中医药复方制剂对热毒血瘀病症治疗提供科学根据。方法:建立热毒血瘀动物模型,将50只雄性SD小鼠按随机数字表法分为正常对照组,模型对照组,脉络宁注射液高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组,每组各10只。综合分析各实验组小鼠的血瘀尾长、脏器(肝、脾、胸腺)系数、耳肿胀程度、给药前后体质量变化、凝血时间以及TNF-α和IL-6浓度,对脉络宁注射液的清热化瘀作用进行药效评价。结果:给药后,模型对照组尾瘀比例可达10.93%,脉络宁注射液高剂量组、中剂量组尾瘀比例与模型对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脉络宁注射液高剂量组、中剂量组耳肿胀程度与模型对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脉络宁注射液高剂量组脾、胸腺质量与模型对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);造模后,与正常对照组比较,其余各组的凝血时间缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。给药7 d后,与模型对照组比较,脉络宁注射液高剂量组、中剂量组凝血明显增长(P<0.05);给药后脉络宁注射液高剂量组每1 mL中IL-6、TNF-α含量比模型对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:脉络宁注射液具有抗血瘀、抗炎的功效,脉络宁注射液对血瘀证与血栓形成有一定的疗效。

Objective ：Study of Mailuoning Injection on blood stasis syndrome animal model study on pharmacodynamics of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation to provide scientific basis for disease treatment of blood stasis syndrome. Methods：To establish the animal model of blood stasis syndrome, grouped as ： normal control group, model group, high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group. A comprehensive analysis of all experimental groups of mice blood stasis tail length, organ （liver, spleen, thymus） coefficient, ear swelling,drug delivery and weight change, blood coagulation time and TNF alpha and IL-6 concentration, on Mailuoning injection of Qingre Huayu role of efficacy evaluation. Results：After administration of model control group tail and ratio of up to 10.93% ,the high dosage group, middle dose group than in control group blood stasis model tail proportionally smaller, difference is apparent;the high dosage group, middle dose group than in model group of ear swelling smaller, significant difference （ P 〈0. 05 ） ; high dose group than in model group after the administration of spleen, thymus weight difference is small;after building the model, compared with the normal control group, each group of shortened coagulation time, significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Mailuoning Injection on blood stasis ,anti-inflammatory effects ,on Mailuoning Injection on blood stasis syndrome and thrombosis diseases have distinct curative effect.
