益气养阴补肾活血方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床研究

Clinical Research of Yiqi Yangyin Bushen Huoxue Prescription in the Treatment of Prophase Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:观察益气养阴补肾活血方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将100例早期糖尿病肾病患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予益气养阴补肾活血方治疗,比较两组临床治疗有效率、治疗前后血管内皮素水平(ET)、24小时尿蛋白定量(Upro)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlC)、血脂水平及不良反应发生率。结果:对照组有效率为64.00%,观察组有效率为94.00%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);经治疗后,观察组与对照组ET、Upro、HbAlC、总胆固醇及三酰甘油水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为24.00%,观察组为10.00%,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:益气养阴补肾活血方剂治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Yangyin Bushen Huoxue prescription in the treatment of prophase diabetic nephropathy. Methods：100 patients with prophase diabetic nephropathy were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment and the observation group was given Yiqi Yangyin Bushen Huoxue prescription based on the control group. Compare the effective power, vascular endothelin（ET） ,24 h urinary protein quantitative （Upro）, glycosylated hemoglobin（ HbA1C）, blood lipid levels and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups. Results ： The effective rate was 64.00% in control group and 94.00% in observation group. Com- pared the effective rate, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared the ET, Upro, HbA1C, TC and TG levels of the two groups after treatment,the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 24.00% in control group and 10.00% in observation group. Compared the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups, the difference had statistical significance（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Yiqi Yangyin Bushen Huoxue prescription in the treatment of prophase diabetic nephropathy has obvious therapeutic effect and high safety.
