摘要
目的:观察中医辨证治疗中风中经络证的临床疗效。方法:将240例患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组160例和对照组80例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予中医辨证分型治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为93.1%,对照组有效率为76.25%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证分型治疗中经络缺血性中风疗效显著,能有效改善患者的症状,提高患者生活质量。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM differentiating treatment for meridian ischemic stroke. Methods：240 patients were divided into treatment group（ n= 160） and control group（ n=80） according to random number table method. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment and the treatment group was given TCM differentiating zheng treatment based on the control group. Results：The effective rate was 93.1% in treatment group and 76.25% in control group. Compared the effective power of two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The TCM differentiating zheng treatment can improve the symptoms and signs of patients and life quality with significant curative effect.
