中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

Curative Effect Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Teatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将64例患者按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各32例。对照组给予低周波治疗和口服吲哚美辛胶囊,研究组在对照组的基础上加用中药熏洗,治疗4周后观察两组治疗有效率。结果:对照组有效率为81.25%,研究组有效率为93.76%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著。

Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods ：64 patients according to random number table method can be divided into research group and the control group, 32 cases in each group. Control for low frequency therapy and oral indomethacin capsules, the team on the basis of the control group used traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,4 weeks after treatment to observe the treatment efficient similar between the two groups. Results ： the control group, effective rate was 81.25 %, the team effective rate of 93.76%, compared two groups of efficient, statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine fumigation treatment knee joint osseous arthritis curative effect is remarkable.
