清热利湿方治疗细菌性阴道病临床研究

Clinical Research of Clearing Away Heat Evil and Promoting Dieresis Formula in Treating Bacterial Vaginosis

目的:观察清热利湿方治疗细菌性阴道病的临床疗效。方法:将182例细菌性阴道病患者按照随机数字表法分成治疗组92例和对照组90例,对照组给予甲硝唑片口服及甲硝唑泡腾片阴道给药,治疗组在对照组基础上加用清热利湿组方治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为93.5%,对照组有效率为75.6%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:清热利湿方治疗细菌性阴道病疗效显著。

Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of clearing away heat evil and promoting dieresis formula in treating bacterial vaginosis. Methods： 182 cases with bacterial vaginal were divided into treatment group（ n = 92） and control group（ n = 90） according to random number table method. The control group was given Metronidazole Tablets（oral） and Metronidazole effervescent tablets（ vaginal drug administration）. The treatment group was treated with clearing away heat evil and promoting dieresis formula on the basis of control group. Results：The effective rate was 93.5% in treatment group and 75.6% in control group. Compared the efficient of two groups,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Clearing away beat evil and promoting dieresis formula in treating bacterial vaginosis has remarkable curative effect.
