摘要
目的:探讨小针刀松解疗法治疗跟骨骨质增生的临床疗效。方法:2010年2月至2013年3月收治的跟骨骨质增生患者122例,患足136足,所有患足均行小针刀松解疗法1～3次。结果:1次治疗的痊愈率为79.4%,有效率为94.8%;2次治疗的痊愈率为86.0%,有效率为96.3%;3次治疗的有效率为100.0%。结论:小针刀松解疗法治疗跟骨骨质增生疗效显著。
Objective ： To investigate the clinical curative effect of small needle knife brisement treatment for calcaneal bone hyperplasia. Methods ： In February 2010 to March 2013,122 cases with calcaneal bone hyperplasia were treated in our hospital. Among them. Total of 136 foot were cured. All suffering foot were given needle knife brisement therapy for 1 - 3 times. Results ：The cure rate was 79.4% and effective rate was 94.8%. The total cure rate of secondary treatment was 86.0% and total effective rate was 96.3%. In three times the total effective rate was 100%.
