摘要 上皮紧密连接是由occludin、claudins、ZOs等构成的相邻细胞间连接复合体,且紧密连接与胃肠道营养物质吸收、微生物黏附关系以及维持上皮细胞通透性和屏障作用等最为密切。主要对紧密连接的分子结构、生物学功能及其信号调控方面的内容进行了综述。 Epithelial tight junction is an intercellular junctional complex that is composed of occludin, claudins and ZOs, etc. The tight junction is closely related with gastrointestinal nutrition absorption ,microbial adhesion, the permeability and barrier function of epithelial cell. The molecular structure, biological function and signal regulation of tight junction were reviewed.
