THE RESEARCH OF HOT CHARGING PROCESS FOR HOT ROLLING LINE

新世纪以来，节能已成为钢铁工业面临的重要课题。最近10年，我国各钢厂热送热装技术有了不同程度的发展，如武钢、鞍钢、宝钢等，已把连铸坯热送热装工艺纳入了正常生产。但总的来说，我国连铸坯热送热装技术的研究与应用尚处于起步阶段，而管理方面的问题更为突出，因此认真研究热装工艺，提高连铸坯热送热装水平仍是我国冶金工业的发展方向之一。

Energy conservation has become an important issue in steel industry since the new century. China＇ s steel mills have the development of different degree in hot delivery and charging technology during the last ten years. The technology of continuous casting-hot charge wiling has been incorporated into the normal production such as WISCO, Angang Steel Co and Bao Steel. But overall, the research and application of the technology of continuous casting- hot charge rolling are still in infancy in China and the problem in management is more serious, so it is one of the development directions of China＇ s metallurgical industry to study the hot charging process carefully and improve the level of continuous casting-hot charge rolling.
