J65Mn窄带冷轧锯片用钢生产实践

摘要 通过J65Mn夹杂物分析,找到影响窄带冷轧锯片用钢质量的夹杂物主要来源,从铁水预处理、转炉、精炼、连铸几个关键工序进行设备改进及工艺调整,改进精炼及连铸保护渣的性能,有效降低了铸坯夹杂物含量。提高了品种钢产品质量,提升了炼钢厂窄带冷轧锯片钢的开发能力。 The main inclusion source is finded for narrow blade saw steel for cold-rolling by inclusion analysis of J65Mn.Equipment improvement and process adjustment is proceeded from From a few key processes on hot metal pretreatment, converter, refining and continuous casting. The performance of the protective slag on refining and continuous casting is improved, the slab inclusion content is effectively reduced, The quality of the varieties of steel products is improved. The developmental capacity of narrow blade saw steel for cold-rolling is promoted.
