摘要
目的 制定一套护生系统化岗前培训方案,并评价其效果.方法 将2009年7月至2011年7月在我院实习的护生268名分为对照组与实验组,对照组进行常规岗前培训,实验组在对照组的基础上,结合优质护理服务要求进行系统化岗前培训.结果 实验组护生的理论考核技能考核分别为(93.34±5.34),(94.56±4.87)分,对照组分别为(82.34±8.76),(86.27±10.82)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t分别为4.745,3.364;P<0.01);实验组护生临床带教老师满意度(92.1%)高于对照组(82.4%),实验组护生的满意度(95.8%)高于对照组(71.8%),差异均有统计学意义(x2分别为34.952,29.736;P <0.01).结论 通过规范、全面的岗前培训,使护生在实习前进一步巩固了护理知识及相关内容,增强了临床护理业务技能,提高自身综合素质,为更好地适应临床需要打下了良好的基础.
Objective To formulate series of pre-post training for nursing students,and evaluate the effect.Methods Totals of 268 nursing students were divided into observation group and control group randomly from July 2009 to July 2011.The control group received series of pre-post training,while observation group received routine pre-post training combing with the requirement of quality nursing care.Results After the intervention,there were significant difference (t =4.745,3.364,34.952,respectively ; x2 =34.952,29.736,respectively;P < 0.05)between observation group and control group in theoretical examination[(93.34 ± 5.34) vs(82.34 ± 8.76)],skill scores [(94.56 ± 4.87) vs (86.27 ± 10.82)],clinical instruction teachers'satisfaction (92.1% vs 82.4%) and satisfaction of nursing students (95.8% vs 71.8%).Conclusions After series of pre-post training,nursing students' professional knowledge and skills are consolidated,and also improved their comprehensive quality.and lay a good foundation for clinical need.
