摘要
目的 探讨立足岗位需求开展中医医院新招聘护士持续性培训的效果.方法 对我院从事临床一线工作1~3年的228名招聘护士采取立足岗位需求的持续性培训模式,将护士的考核成绩与护理部工作质量作为评价新培训模式与传统培训模式的效果比较.结果 2012年新招聘护士的中西医基础知识及相关法规内容、专科知识与护理技能的考核成绩和护理部的年度工作缺陷率、患者满意度调查4项指标分别为(83.3±4.3),(92.7±3.3),2.8%,98.5%,与2011年相比较[(74.5±3.5),(85.6±3.2),5.9%,94.3%],差异均有统计学意义(t分别为3.25,2.16,x2分别为4.73,19.85;P <0.05).结论 立足岗位需求开展中医医院新招聘护士的持续性培训针对性强,目标明确,效果显著,值得推广.
Objective To discuss the effect of continuous training based on position requirement on new nurses in traditional Chinese medicine hospital.Methods Totals of 228 new nurses received continuous training mode based on position requirement,examination score and performance quality in nursing department were compared between new training mode and traditional training mode.Results The examination scores of basic medicine knowledge and related regulations,specialized knowledge and nursing skills,annual working limitation in nursing department,patients' satisfaction rate were respectively (83.3 ± 4.3),(92.7 ± 3.3),2.8%,98.5% among new nurses in 2012,and (74.5 ± 3.5),(85.6 ± 3.2),5.9%,94.3% among new nurses in 2011,and the differences were statistically significant (t =3.25,2.16,x2 =4.73,19.85,respectively;P < 0.05).Conclusions Continuous training based on position requirement has specific target and obvious effect,which is worth promoting.
