老年肿瘤患者化疗期间预防跌倒护理的研究进展 被引量：10

摘要 跌倒是指患者突然或非故意地停顿,倒于地面或比初始位置更低的地方[1].研究显示,跌倒患者中以癌症、心脑血管疾病居多[2].肿瘤因其疾病特点及化疗导致的一系列毒性反应,增加了跌倒发生几率,而老年肿瘤患者作为一个特殊群体,由于体质虚弱,对药物不良反应耐受力差,沮丧和焦虑情绪以及环境因素等的多重作用影响[3],治疗期间更易发生跌倒.从而影响患者康复.由此需关注老年肿瘤患者跌倒风险,制定针对性预防措施,以提高治疗效果,延长生存期.现将近年来老年肿瘤患者跌倒相关的研究进展综述如下.
