This paper describes a 5×5 Phoswich telescope detectors array . In each unit, it consists of a fast plastic scintillator, which is 24×24mm 2 in area and 1mm in thickness, and a CsI(Tl) crystal, whose front surface is same as the fast plastic scintillator in area, and its back surface is 37×37 mm 2 in area, with 40 mm in thickness. The array's mechanism and performances are introduced here. And the array's experimental results in RIBLL (Radioactive Ion Beam Line in Lanzhou) are used to describe its performance.
