General structure of curent integrating amplifiers used for digital radiography detector is presented. A 16 channel and two 128 channel charge amplifier ICs developed by RAL Microelectronics Group in Rutherford Appleton Laboratory are thus introduced. The ICs are very good when used as the read out of X(or γ) ray detectors.
