多层螺旋CT小肠造影技术在小肠疾病诊断中的应用研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 小肠疾病起病隐匿，症状不典型，临床诊断困难，如血管发育不良、息肉、肿瘤、Cronh病及憩室等均是造成不明原因消化道出血的主要病因，临床上原因不明的腹痛也要除外小肠病变等．由于小肠复杂的管状结构存在变异性，且不易触及，管腔内本身混杂着气体、液体和固体，并且有分泌功能，给临床诊断与治疗带来了一定的困难，小肠各种检查也都存在着技术上的挑战．以往小肠疾病的诊断主要依靠小肠钡剂灌肠检查，但此检查需要插管，
