从战略上调整国有经济布局 ,是当前加快推进国有企业改革 ,优化产业结构 ,提高国民经济的整体素质 ,发挥国有经济主导作用的关键所在。本文在分析国有经济战略重组基本思路的基础上 ,提出国有经济战略重组的目标、内容及路径 ,并探讨了国有经济战略重组的条件及配套措施和当前需要切实解决的实际问题。
