摘要
本文分析了当前高校校办企业的现状和存在的问题 ,阐述了校办企业实行股份制改造的必然性和要实现的目标 ;提出了股份制改造的方式及企业组织形式 ;讨论了推行技术入股、开发科技产业、加强企业管理。
There are mang problems in the present college_owned enterprise.
