摘要
采用固相法合成了生长激素释放肽 (GHRP) ,研究了其促生长及免疫调节活性 .腹腔连续注射 (ip) 10 0 ,30 0 ,10 0 0 ,50 0 0μg/kg GHRP 10 d后 ,发现小鼠体重较对照组明显增加 ;腹腔巨噬细胞 (PMΦ)精氨酸酶 (Arginase)、酸性磷酸酶 (ACP)活性提高约 50 % ;红细胞 C3 b R及 IC花环率、血清溶血素含量增加 80 %左右 ,提示 GHRP具有免疫调节活性 .
Growth hormone releasing peptide(GHRP) was synthesized by solid phase synthesis. When GHRP was injected into mices peritoneal with different doses:100,300,1 000 and 5 000 μg/kg.d for tensuccessive days respectively,the results showed that it could enhance the mices weights and the enzyme activity of Arginase and ACP in mices PMΦ; and it could also stimulate RBC C 3bR, RBC IC of red blood cells and the content of hemolysin in mice serum. It is suggested that GHRP can activate the function of immune regulation and the immune neuroendocrine network.
