用当量初始裂纹尺寸法评估石墨的疲劳性能

摘要 用当量初始裂纹尺寸法评估某些金属材料的疲劳性能效果良好。本文用这一方法对高温气冷堆用石墨材料进行了评估。结果表明,这种方法应用于存在大量微小缺陷的脆性材料时,需要作适当的修正。 It is demonstrated by some researchers that when the Equivalent Initial Flaw Size (EIFS)method were used to evaluate the fatigue quality of metallic materials, the results fitted very well with natural pore size distribution, The present paper attempted to apply this method to nuclear graphite, which was used in high temperature gas-cooled reactors (HTGR). It is concluded that the method should be appropriately modified when used in assessing porous brittle materials.
