摘要
本文介绍了笔者自行研发的BS-2型膨润土膨胀性能自动检测设备。该装置主要由步进电机控制系统、填料系统、光控系统组成。操作时将定量粉体加入到填料系统中,通过步进电机、丝杠和活塞自动将粉体分次精确加入到量筒中,按标准读数。由于采用机械加样,过程精确、步骤可控、结果重复性好。设备的使用可让技术人员摆脱繁重重复的检测,行业推广性强。
The article describes the BS-2 automatic testing equipment of bentonite swelling index. The device consists of stepper motor control system, filler system, light control system. By stepper motor, the screw and the piston the equipment ean added bentonite powder to the graduated cylinder automatically. As a result of it, technical staffwork more easily.It hopes to be commonly used in the industry.
