摘要 本文设计了具有真实部件内、外部结构特征的模拟件,高周疲劳实验表明,裂纹萌生于空心区。试验数据对研究钛合金3层空心结构的动态响应特性、疲劳性能影响因素以及提高结构设计水平具有重要意义。 Component-like specimen whose geometry features are similar to that of servicing parts is designed. Fatigue tests results show that crack initiates at hollow section. The results would be used to investigation the dynamic feature, key factor of fatigue life. Therefore, it is highly important for improving the structure design skill.
