摘要
TA15钛合金是综合性能优异的国产骨干钛合金材料,将其与大厚度电子束焊接技术相结合,应用于飞机的主承力加强框上,可以大大提高加强框结构的完整性,并减轻结构重量。通过十几年的应用研究,此项技术已日趋成熟,为其在新一代飞机的应用奠定了良好的技术基础。
TAl 5 titanium alloy is one of home- grown central titanium alloys which has excellent com- prehensive properties. Big-thickness TA15 titanium alloys combined with electron beam welding are applied to the main load-carrying frames of aircraft which can highly improve their integrality and also reduce their weight. And this technique increasingly matures through more than ten years of application research, which lays the technique foundation of the application on the new generation of air- craft.
