摘要
冬训中如何结合赛艇运动员的特点,进行力量速度耐力训练,本文提出了两种方法:(1)大负荷加多项,小负荷循环练习;(2)减少负荷练习、增加小负荷和跳深练习。
How to combine the characteristic of Rowing Athletes to improve strength and speed and endurance in winter training, This paper presents two methods:( 1 )With a number of large load, Low load cycling exercises, ( 2 ) Reduce the load exercise, Small load and increase of depth jumping exercise.
