不同桩核修复前牙牙体缺损的临床疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察并比较纤维桩和铸造金属桩在前牙牙体缺损修复中的临床疗效。方法:选取130颗需行桩冠修复的前牙,分别用玻璃纤维桩(A组,65颗)和铸造金属桩(B组,65颗)制作桩核,烤瓷全冠进行修复,患者随访2年,观察其临床修复效果。结果:纤维桩组的桩核冠松动脱落1例,铸造金属桩组桩核冠松动脱落8例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);纤维桩组与铸造金属桩组桩核折断各1例,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);纤维桩组未发生根折,铸造金属桩组根折7例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);纤维桩组与铸造金属桩组均未继发根尖周炎。结论:纤维桩在前牙牙体缺损修复中具有操作方便,色泽好等优点,优于铸造桩核。 Objective :To observe the clinical effects of glass fiber post and metal post in anterior teeth restoration. Methods: Glass fiber posts (groupA,65 teeth) and metal posts ( groupB, 65 teeth) were used for 130 anterior teeth restora- tion. After two - year follow - up, they were observed the restoration effect. Results : There was significant difference (P 〈 0.05) of crown loss between glass ~ber posts and metal posts. There was no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05) of the frac- ture rate of post - core between glass fiber posts and metal posts. There was significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ) of root frac- ture between glass fiber posts(none) and metal posts. These two groups all didnt have secondary pefiapical periodontitis. Conclusion: Glass fiber post is better in convenient handling and good eolour for anterior teeth restoration compared with metal post.
