外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的原因分析及健康教育干预

Role of health education on therapeutic effect of vulvovaginal candidasis

目的了解已婚妇女进行妇科疾病普查期间,发现外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的原因,针对性给予患者相应的护理干预、健康教育观察效果。方法回顾性分析l 578例已婚妇女进行妇科疾病普查后资料,确诊为外阴阴道假丝酵母茵病患者117例,分别为其实施综合治疗及健康教育,针对引起的原因给予相应的护理干预。结果外阴阴道假丝酵母茵病与用药情况、个人疾病史、工作、生活、卫生习惯密切相关。结论针对性地帮助患者认识并注意消除或控制外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的原因,采取综合治疗及健康教育、护理干预措施相结合,能有效提高外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的治愈率,降低复发率。

Objective： To investigate the causes of vulvovaginal candidasis and role of nursing intervention and health education on therapeutic effect of vulvovaginal candidasis. Methods： Gynecologic survey was performed in 1578 married women, 117 cases were diagnosised as vulvovaginal eandidasis. Nursing intervention and health education were performed in these women. Results： Risk factors for vulvovaglnal candidasis included medications, disease history,llfestyle and sanitary habits. Conclusion：Health？ education？ could improve therapeutic effect of vulvovaginal eandidasis significantly.
