摘要
针对波导调制器在激光约束核聚变脉冲整形系统中的应用做了全面的综述 ,在此基础上利用当前国际上通用的制作波导片材料进行了理论和实验研究 .最后分析了激光约束聚变脉冲整形系统对波导调制器的性能要求 ,指出了脉冲整形系统性能的影响因素 .
The application of waveguide modulator in laser pulse forming on ICF laser driver was studied theoretically and experimentally.Requirements on the property of waveguide modulators were analyzed. And the factors which affect the performance of the whole system were also discussed.
