摘要
GB150—2011《压力容器》对GB150—1998《钢制压力容器》进行了多项补充修订,重新确定了钢材的安全系数和许用应力取值,旨在保障安全的前提下,提高压力容器建造的经济性。详细对比了新旧两版规范中钢材的安全系数和许用应力取值的变化,并通过设计实例分析了此变化对某些高塔在液压试验时的应力校核产生的影响。
GB150—2011 Pressure vessels is the revision and supplement to GB1501998 Steel Pressure Vessels.Safety coefficient and allowable stress of steel are adjusted to improve the economics of the construction of pressure vessels while ensuring the security.The variations in the safety coefficient and allowable stress of steel are shown in this article,and adesign example is taken to analyze the influence of these variations on the stress check for high towers in hydraulic test.
