摘要
介绍了湿硫化氢环境中钢材的腐蚀种类及破坏机理、诱发硫化氢腐蚀的因素、抗硫化氢腐蚀钢材的选用原则和基本要求;从抗硫化氢腐蚀碳钢的焊材选用和焊接工艺要求这两方面进一步做了说明,特别针对抗硫化氢腐蚀碳钢的焊接问题,给出了一种低硫磷、高韧性、抗氢致硫化物应力腐蚀裂纹用的钢焊丝产品,该产品经专业机构抗HIC、SSC检测和金相试验测试以及在工程中的实际应用,结果表明完全能满足抗硫化氢碳钢焊接的特殊要求。
This article introduces the type and failure mechanism of steel corrosion in wet hydrogen sulfide service,the factors causing hydrogen sulfide corrosion and the selection principle and basic requirements of hydrogen sulfide corrosion resistant steel.The selection of welding materials and the process requirements of welding for hydrogen sulfide corrosion resistant carbon steel are further discussed,and welding electrode with low sulfur and phosphorus content,high toughness and anti-hydrogen induced stress cracking is proposed for the welding of hydrogen sulfide corrosion resistant carbon steel.HIC and SSC tests,metallographic test and the engineering application proved that this welding electrode can entirely meet the special welding requirements of hydrogen sulfide corrosion resistant carbon steel.
