摘要
以国际炼化工程管理的实例为依据,介绍了系统、模块和子系统的划分原则,重点说明了系统化和模块化进行国际炼化工程管理的原理、方法和关键点,并分析了系统化和模块化管理的优缺点。通过对系统化和模块化管理在国际炼化工程中应用经验的归纳分析,意在对类似的国际炼化工程管理思路提出进一步的探讨和交流。
According to the management experience of international refinery and petrochemical projects,this paper in-troduces the division principle of system,module and subsystem,explains emphatically the theory,process and key points of systematization and modularization management in international refinery and petrochemical projects,and analyzes the merits and demerits of systematization and modularization management.By summarizing and analyzing the application of systematization and modularization management in international refinery and petrochemical projects,this article aims to further discuss and exchange ideas on the management concept of similar international refinery and petrochemical projects.
