摘要
面对餐饮业的激烈竞争,大量"老字号"餐饮企业既面临严峻的生存考验,又面临难得的成长机遇。运用SWOT模型分析了兰州"老字号"餐饮企业的生存现状,在此基础上,提出了有助于实现"老字号"快速发展的成长机制和对策,以使其保持长久旺盛的生命力。
In the fierce competition in catering market,time-honored catering enterprises are facing not only tough tests for survival but also rare opportunities for growth.The paper analyses the present situation of Lanzhou time-honored catering enterprises by adopting SWOT model and puts forward the benign operating mechanism that is conducive to their rapid growth and vitality.
