农村留守老人生存现状及社区援助途径探析

An Analysis of the Living of the Rural Left-behind Elderly and the Community Assistance Approaches

采用问卷法等社会学研究方法,以乾县马连镇、薛录镇108位老年人为样本,从经济状况、生活照料状况、生产劳动状况、社会保障状况和精神慰藉状况等方面对农村留守老人的生存现状进行了初步了解。研究结果表明,留守老人缺少了家庭的依托与照料,生活压力倍增,而社区援助却表现出很多不足。针对这些问题,提出了建立留守老人社区家庭、建立长期的留守老人社区服务组织和完善农村社区养老服务基础设施建设等建议。

Taking 108seniors from Malian and Xuelu Town in Qian County as samples,with the sociological questionnaires and interviews,this paper explores the rural left-behind elderly from the aspects of economic conditions,living conditions,production conditions,social security conditions and mental conditions.The study shows that the rural left-behind elderly suffer great life pressure and want family care and community assistance.Therefore,the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as establishing community homes and long-time community service organizations for the rural left-behind elderly and improving the grass-roots infrastructure construction in rural areas.
