基于DSP的开关磁阻电动机控制系统在液压动力装置控制中的应用

摘要 针对银川某液压厂数控机床工作在保压阶段液压泵功率浪费严重的情况,提出了一种应用开关磁阻电动机调速系统(SRD)降低液压泵输出功率以达到节能的方法。该系统采用TI公司电动机控制专用数字信号处理器(DSP)TMS320LF2407A为核心控制器,经过软硬件综合设计,最终实现了液压泵进入保压阶段时快速且稳定的降速从而到达了减少功率浪费的效果,使整个液压系统更节能。该调速系统的设计对液压动力装置减少功率浪费、降低生产成本有一定的参考价值。 To reduce waste of hydraulic pump power in Yinchuan CNC Machine Works, this paper studies the application of switched reluctance motor speed control system (SRD) to save hy draulic pump output power. The system uses a TI's dedicated digital singnal processor (DSP) (TMS320I.F2407A) as the core device in motor control. By integrated design of software and hardware, the hydraulic pump enters a holding stage quickly, and the steady speed is lowered to reduce power waste and make the whole hydraulic system more efficient.
