摘要
为提高燃气表的安全性和可靠性,对电机阀的性能参数和泄漏进行研究,提出了一种基于静态测量电机阀泄漏的方法。该方法采用了断路测量技术,使检定过程处于静态条件下,从而避开环境、气源、流动系的影响,提高了精确度;同时,本电机阀泄漏检定装置及其检定方法相比传统方法大大降低了监测时间,降低了长时操作劳动强度。
To improve safety and reliability of gas meter, the paper studies parameters of elec tric valve and the leakage problem, and proposes a method of static measurement of motor valve leakage. The method uses the circuit measurement technique to verify the process under a static condition to avoid the influences of environment, gas source and flow lines. It improves accuracy. Compared with the traditional method, the proposed motor valve leaking device and calibration method can greatly reduce monitoring time and labor intensity for long time operation.
