摘要
调解是纠纷解决中的一种具体方式,在我国解纷实践中运用广泛。近些年"大调解"兴起更有利于纠纷解决,但在实践中也遇到一些困境,需要对其本身的法理和价值进一步分析,以便对"大调解"的格局构建和路径形成更理性的认识。
Mediation is a kind of dispute resolution widely wtilized in practice in China.The devlopment of the Multipartite Mediation since the past few years is beneficial to dispute resolution,however there has been difficul-ties its Legal principle and value in order to form a more rational understanding of the construction pattern and way.
