复合乳酸菌胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗急性细菌性腹泻效果观察

Observation of curative effect on the combination of lactobacillus complex capsules and levofloxacin hydro- chloride dispersible tablets to treat acute bacterial diarrhea

目的观察复合乳酸菌胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗急性细菌性腹泻的效果。方法将120例急性细菌性腹泻患者按随机数字表随机分为3组：A组（50例）给予复合乳酸菌胶囊（0．66g，3次／d，口服），联合左氧氟沙星（0．1g，3次／d，口服）治疗；B组（40例）单用左氧氟沙星（0．1g，3次／d，口服）治疗；C组（30例）单用复合乳酸菌胶囊（O．66g，3次／d，口服）治疗。均用药3d，观察各组总有效率、平均止泻时间和不良反应发生率。结果A、B、C组的总有效率分别为92．0％（46／50）、87．5％（35／40）和76．7％（23／30），A组疗效优于B组（P〈0．05）和C组（P〈0．叭）。A组平均止泻时间为（39．4-10）h，短于B组的（44±12）h和C组的（45±10）h（均P〈0．05）。治疗中A组和B组不良反应发生率分别为4．0％（2／50）、7．5％（3／40），2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论复合乳酸菌胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗急性细菌性腹泻的效果要优于单用左氧氟沙星或复合乳酸菌胶囊，并可缩短腹泻时间。

Objective To observe the curative effect of lactobacillus complex capsules and levofloxacin hydrochloride dispersible tablets on acute bacterial diarrhea. Methods Totally 120 acute bacterial diarrhea patients were randomly divided into group A, B and C. Group A（50 patients）was treated with the combination of lactobacil- lus complex capsules （0.66 g, three times per day, oral）and levofloxacin hydrochloride dispersible tablets （0.1 g, three times per day, oral）, while group B （40 patients）was treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride dispersible tablets （0.1 g, three times per day, oral） only and group E（30 patients） was treated with lactobacillus complex capsules （0.66 g, three times per day, oral） only. Curative effect,average time of antidiarrhea and side effect were observed after finishing the treatment course for three days. Results The total effective rate of group A, group B and group C were 92.0% （46/50）, 87.5 % （ 35/40 ） and 76.7% （ 23/30 ） respectively. A significant difference was shown （P 〈0.05）. Average time of antidiarrhea in group A was （39 ~ 10）hours, which was shorter than group B（44 ＋ 12）hours and group C（45 ＋ 10） hours（all P 〈0.05）. Side effect were found in group A and group B, but there were no significant difference among them （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Compound lactobacillus capsule combined with levofloxacin in treatment of acute bacterial diarrhea is superior to the effect of levofloxacin alone or compound capsule of lactic acid bacteria, and can shorten the diarrhea time.
