TV education is an important measuer of the moderm deucation. TV teaching Material is the software of TV teaching,and is also the key of TV teaching quality. TV teaching material, as the knowledge carrier, is the syntheses of modern science version, and its artistry is an important question in making of it. Following the sequence of ideas of the system of TV language, we are going to study and explore how to increase and improve the natural language and unnatural languge, and its subsystem artistry in this article.
