摘要 患者男,50岁。因“发作性胸闷、胸痛10d”人院就诊。患者10d前在劳累、饱食及用力时均出现胸骨中、上段后方闷胀感,常放射至左肩和左臂内侧无名指和小指,停止诱发症状的活动3—5min后症状明显缓解,胸闷、
