摘要
提出了以硼酸盐为循环介质的热化学分解氯化钾来制取氢氧化钾和氯气的新方法 ,系统地研究了循环中各个反应的适宜条件 ,并依据实验数据和热力学数据 ,作出了循环的物质与能量流程框图 ,从而计算了该循环所需要的能量 ,从实验和理论上证明了该循环有很大的节能优势 ,可以与传统的电解法相竞争。
A thermochemical decomposition cycle of potassium chloride of borate system was presented in the paper.The suitable conditions of main reactions in the cycle were obtained.The matter and energy flow of the cycle system was calculated by aid of the related thermodynamic equations. The results showed that the cycle demonstrated an obviously energy_saving advantage.It may become economically competitive with the current electrolysis method in future.
