摘要
目的观察EB病毒感染伴特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患儿外周血淋巴细胞亚群变化特点,探讨其与ITP的关系及临床意义。方法采用流式细胞技术检测不伴EB病毒感染的ITP患儿、健康体检儿童的各淋巴细胞亚群的水平。结果 ITP伴EB病毒感染组(ITP-EBV组)与ITP非EB病毒感染组(ITP-N组)、对照组比较,CD3+T细胞、CD4+/CD8+比值、NK细胞减少,CD3+CD8+T细胞、CD19+B细胞增加(P<0.05)。结论 ITP伴EB病毒感染存在T淋巴细胞免疫功能异常,应同时进行抗病毒和免疫治疗。
Objective To observe the changes of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in Epstein-Barr virus-related idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (EBV-ITP) and to investigate the relationship between the changes and ITP,as well as clinical signifi- cance. Methods The flow cytometry was used to detect the level of lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of children with EBV- ITP and healthy children. Results The level of CD3+ T cells,CD4+/CD8+ T cells, NK cells in ITP was lower than that in normal group,while The level of CD3+ CD8+ T cell,CD19+ B cell was higher and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion EVB-ITP patients have disordered cellular immunity,a simultaneous antivirus therapy and immunotherapy are necessary.
