基于SPR技术的生物传感器研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 生物传感器,即生物来源的一切传感器识别物或者分析物[1]。研究生物分子间的相互作用、细胞活性观察、特异性地检测体液中、生产过程中、环境样本中的分析物是生命科学、药物研究,医学诊断和保证食品安全的基础。目前,检测技术的发展面临巨大挑战:(1)虽然一些较大的生化分析物通过有色染料或者荧光染料染色后都很容易观察到,但由于一些处理方法很容易将待检组织破坏,
