摘要
目的:观察阿魏酸对兔骨折后愈合的影响。方法:选用新西兰大耳白兔60只制作骨折模型。随机分为3组。A组为正常对照组,每日腹腔注射生理盐水10mL;B组为阿魏酸腹腔注射组;C组为阿魏酸腹腔注射+直流电离子外用联合给药组。进行实验动物的X线观察、血清碱性磷酸酶、钙、磷浓度检测。结果:B组及C组对骨折愈合有明显促进作用,与A组比较,差异存在显著性意义,且C组骨折愈合更迅速。结论:①阿魏酸能有效的促进骨折的愈合;②采用联合给药的方式对骨折的愈合效果更佳。
Objective To observe the effect of Ferulic acid on fracture healing of rabbits with bone fracture. Methods 60 New Zealand rabbits were divided into 3 groups randomly to establish fracture models. Group A was normal control group treated with intraperitoneal injection by 10 mL saline solution daily. Group B was injected with ferulic acid into the abdominal cavity daily. Group C was treated with Ferulic acid intraperitoneal injection combining with DC electric ions for external use. X-ray observation, histological observation, concentration of calcium and phosphorus detection were all carried out for experimental animals. Results Compared with the group A, the fracture healing of Group B and group C were significantly different, and the fracture healing of group C was more quickly. Conclusion Ferulic acid could promote fracture healing effectively. The combined administration had a better effect on fracture healing.
