摘要
本文对再生铅的定义及发展趋势进行介绍,提出了使用再生铅的必要性,对再生铅及原生铅制成的合金分别从抗拉强度、密度、硬度、耐腐蚀性等方面对比测试,对合金晶相分析比较,并分别组装样品蓄电池进行相关性能测试。试验结果表明:在配制板栅合金时,再生铅代替原生铅是可行的。
This paper introduces the definition and development tendency of secondary lead, puts forward the necessity of using secondary lead, and also carries out the comparison tests of the Pb-Ca alloys respectively made from secondary and primary lead from the aspects of tensile strength, density, hardness, corrosion resistance etc, and analyzes the crystal phases of alloys. The related performance tests are conducted with the sample batteries assembled respectively. According to the test results, the primary lead can be replaced by secondary lead in grid alloys for lead-acid battery.
