摘要
试验分析喷油正时对柴油机燃烧及排放特性的影响规律。分析表明:喷油正时对柴油机燃烧和排放性能有着显著影响,随着喷油正时提前,缸内燃烧压力升高,压力升高率峰值增大,燃烧放热率峰值增大、燃烧始点提前,缸内燃烧温度升高;NOx排放随喷油正时提前明显升高,说明喷油正时滞后是降低柴油机NOx排放的有效措施。试验结果可为柴油机电控参数标定提供参考。
In this paper, experimental analysis have been done to find the influence rules of the injection injection injection rise rate timing on diesel engine combustion and emission characteristics. The analysis indicates that timing has significant impacts on diesel engine combustion and emissions performance. As the timing being set ahead of time, the combustion pressure of cylinder increases, the peak of pressure increases, the peak of combustion heat release rate increases, the start point of combustion is earlier,and the combustion temperature of cylinder is higher; NOx emission increases obviously when the injection timing being advanced, which shows that delay of injection timing is an effective measure to reduce NOx emissions of diesel engine. The test results can provide references for electronic control parameters calibration of diesel engine.
