高职教育中教师的教学水平决定了职业教育的质量。教师的职业能力必然要来源于企业实践。本文从联想校企合作项目入手,通过专职教师到联想服务体系进行师资培训和轮岗锻炼及聘请联想服务体系工程师为兼职教师,建设高素质的职业教育教学团队作一定的探讨。

In higher vocational education, the teacher＇ s teaching level determines the quality of occupation education. The teacher occupation ability must come from the practice of enterprise. This paper expounds Lenovo school enterprise cooperation projects, the teachers is training in Lenovo service system channel and employing Lenovo engineer, and building high-quality teaching team in higher vocational education.
