摘要
合成并采用DPVB作为发光层 ,Al/LiF双层电极作阴极 ,得到了高亮度 (>980 0cd/m2 )、高效率 (1.7lm/W )的蓝色有机电致发光器件 .
Bis(2,2 diphenylvinyl) benzene(DPVB) was synthesized. A blue organic electroluminescent (EL) device with high brightness (9 800 cd/m 2) and efficiency(1.7 lm/W) was obtained by using an Al/LiF bilayer electrode as cathode and using DPVB as emitting layer.
