苯醌介体修饰的葡萄糖生物传感器 被引量:5

A Benzoquinone Mediator Modified Glucose Biosensor

摘要 用聚氯乙烯将苯醌修饰在玻碳电极的表面 ,再用牛血清白蛋白和戊二醛将葡萄糖氧化酶固定在电极上 ,制备成葡萄糖传感器 .糖的浓度在 5 .0× 10 -4 ~ 1.1× 10 -2 mol·L-1范围内有良好线性关系 .响应时间为 3min .蔗糖、尿素和氨基酸等 19种化合物无干扰 ,寿命 2 0d以上 . Glucose biosensor has been developed by using bovine serum albumin(BSA) and glutaraldehyde as a cross linker to immobilize glucose oxidase on the glassy carbon electrode surface modified by benzoquinone in polyvinyl chloride(PVC) membrane. The linear response range is 5.0×10 -4 -1.1×10 -2 mol·L -1 , and the time of response takes 3 min. Ninteen kinds of chemical compounds such as sucrose, urea and amino acid haven't interfered, and the useful lifetime of the biosensor is at least 20 d.
