摘要
介绍了湿法磷酸的生产工艺和反应设备 ,提出了一种适用于磷酸反应器的新型搅拌浆 ,从反应机理上对该桨在磷酸反应器中的操作性能进行了分析 ,认为应用穿流式桨将强化涡流扩散 ,提高液体湍动程度 ,从而可能达到提高反应强度、提高磷的分解率、回收率并且降低能耗 ,得到较好的磷石膏晶体。在工厂进行的实际试验也证实了这一结果。
The production techniques and reaction device of producing phosphoric acid by wet process are introduced. A new type of agitator applicable for phosphoric reactors is presented, and its operation performances in phosphoric acid reactors are discussed from the reaction mechanism. It is thought that the use of the punched agitator can intensify the eddy current diffusion and enhance the liquid turbulence degree. Thus, the reaction intensity, the phosphorus decomposition and the recycling rate can be improved; the energy consumption can be decreased; and better phosphoro gypsum crystals is obtained. The result is verified by practical experiments conducted in a factory.
