摘要
构建一种具有视频联动功能的全光纤分布式长距离周界安防监控系统。系统采用全光纤分布式扰动传感技术,实时监控作用在光缆上的各种扰动入侵行为,采用信号处理技术对入侵事件进行定位和识别,根据不同事件的特征发出警报信号,同时触发视频监控系统实现联动,摄录扰动行为的视频信息,并对其进行进一步处理。测试了系统的定位精度与误报率,结果表明,系统能有效实现与视频的联动功能,定位准确度达到91%,在一般天气条件下误报率保持在一天3次以内。本文系统将新型光纤分布式传感技术、传统视频监控技术以及先进信号智能识别技术相融合,构成混合式智能周界安全监控网络。
This paper constructs a kind of distributed long-distance fiber perimeter security monitoring system with video linkage function. Distributed fiber-optic vibration sensor technology based on dual Mach-Zehnder interferometer (DMZI) architecture is used in the system to monitor all kinds of real time disturbances and intrusions on the cable. The system also uses signal processing technology so that it could locate and identify intrusion events, and emit different warning signals according to the different intrusion events. Meanwhile, the video surveillance system begins to record the disturbance behavior for further processing. Positioning accuracy and false alarm rate of the system are measured by experiment. The results show that this system can effectively achieve the linkage function with the video, the positioning accuracy reaches 91% ,and the false alarm rate is maintained at less than 3 times a day in normal weather conditions. In this paper, new distributed fiber sensing technology, traditional video surveillance technology and advanced signal intelligent identification technology are fused, so a hybrid intelligent perimeter security monitoring network is formed.
