悬浮体浓度分析方法研究

摘要 [目的]为了研究悬浮体浓度分析过程中存在的误差.[方法]通过对当前悬浮体浓度分析方法(重量法)的研究,对部分误差进行了量化分析.[结果]悬浮体浓度调查的误差主要来自于以下3个方面:人为因素带来的偶然误差;由干燥后再次吸湿带来的误差,该误差一般小于1.3 mg;滤膜过滤损耗带来的误差,该次滤膜损耗为2~3 mg.利用LISST激光粒度仪对悬浮体浓度进行调查,并与重量法进行对比,发现两者具有一定的可比性,且LISST激光粒度仪可以避免重量法中的众多误差,所获取的数值更接近真实值.[结论]该研究可为悬浮体浓度分析提供一定的科学依据. Abstract [Objective ]The research aimed to study the errorof concentration of suspended matter. [Method] The current analytical methods of concentration of suspended matter (weighting method) and the errors quantitatively were analyzed. [ Result ] The errors in the investigation were mainly from the following three aspects. The first was human factors. The second was the errors due to re-moisture absorption after dry. Tile error was less than 1.3 mg. The last was filter loss. The loss was about 2 ~ 3 rag. The LISST which used laser particle size analyzer to investigate the concentration of suspended matter was compared with weighting method, and there was certain comparability between them. LISST avoided many errors of traditional methods, and the value obtained was closer to the true value. [ Conclusion] The research could provide some scientific basis for the analysis of concentration of suspension matter.
