枸杞色素浸提罐的设计分析

摘要 通过对枸杞色素浸提工艺中物料特性的分析,结合浸提操作的工艺特点,分析了枸杞色素浸提罐的设计方法。在此基础上对浸提罐的主体结构尺寸、附件等在设计及选型中需要考虑的问题进行了探讨。该浸提罐的设计方法可应用于枸杞其他有效成分的浸提工艺,有助于促进宁夏枸杞深加工产业的发展。 Abstract Through analyzing material properties of woltberry pigment extraction technique, combining with the technique charactenstms, the design method of wolfl3erry pigment extraction tank was analyzed. On the basis of this, some questions about the mainbody structure size, acces- sory were discussed. The design method of the extraction tank can be used in other effective components extraction process of wolfberry and will promote the development of deep processing of Ningxia wolfberry industry.
